Over two years ago, when I started working out with Amanda I was really stuck. I had been working out sporadically, eating erratically and was living in denial. I thought I would learn a few routines and move on but I found myself enjoying the sessions and losing weight. I’ve lost 40 pounds which is amazing, but the confidence I’ve gained has had an even larger impact on my life. Amanda encouraged me to start running almost a year ago and I’ve completed six 5K races. She has been behind me all the way with advice on workouts and eating. She knows exactly when and how much to push me so that I am constantly learning that I can do so much more than I ever thought I could. I can never thank her enough.
