When I started Boot Camps with Amanda, my goal was to lose weight and gain energy that I had lost since getting away from a regular workout routine. I needed some extra motivation, new ideas for workouts and insight on changes I could make to my diet to get the best results. In two months I lost 12 pounds, my energy went up and I learned not only how to have fun working out again but also gained great tools when it came to creating a healthy diet that fueled my work outs and gave me constant energy throughout the day. Amanda is hands on, passionate and knowledgeable which made the experience working with her truly phenomenal.
