I chose Amanda Price for 6 training sessions because I wasn’t motivated to work out on my own. I had hit a wall and wasn’t able to jump over it. I thought with her help I could start climbing and get fit again. Her work outs were challenging but well worth it! During my 6 visits I lost 8 lbs and continued to lose weight. I went from weighing 176 Lbs, to 168 Lbs. I was able to see a difference in my body, in my clothes(they are a bit baggy, yay!) and my husband finds me more attractive. I have WAY more energy and I also have gained self-control over what I eat. I thought I could never say “no” to desserts or goodies, turns out I can. Throughout my sessions with Amanda, she gave me tips on what I should eat, when should eat, and how much I should eat. She also answered my questions I sent her via text/e-mail. She is always there for me when I need her or have a quick question. Amanda is really reliable, she pushes you to be the best you can be, and she REALLY believes in you. She is the best! I am looking forward to more sessions with her to obtain my goals.
