4 Tips to Survive the Holidays in Good Health:
- Workout at least 4 days each week for 30-45 minutes.
- Never miss a MONDAY! Working out on Monday will set you up for a good start to your week and motivate you to stay strong for the rest of the week.
- Try to drink a minimum of 80-100 ounces of water daily.
- Prepare your food – it’s necessary! Have your veggies cut and ready to grab on the go. Make up some hard boiled eggs, healthy muffins, bag up some nuts/seeds and fruit in snack bags. Do everything you possible can in advance to stay away from eating junk throughout the week. When you can maintain a healthy diet during the week, you will enjoy that one treat meal so much more on the weekends!
