WHY SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASSES?
If one-on-one or partner personal training packages are just a little much for your budget right now, small group personal training classes provide an attractive alternative.
Accountability and Adherence: Just like with one-on-one and partner personal training, you have the added benefit of accountability from our small group class trainers. It’s easy to make excuses and not stay consistent with an exercise program on your own, but our trainers will recognize when you are gone and touch base with you if you are missing in action! The added benefit of small group personal training is you also have accountability to others in your group.
Motivation and Camaraderie: There’s just something to be said about working out with a group of people just like you. When everyone is working hard doing their best and having fun, there’s an abundance of positive energy. Bottom line is you’ll be more inspired and find yourself looking forward to the workouts instead of dreading them.
Support: You get built in support when you’re part of a small group training program. Support is an integral component for success in seeing results with any fitness or weight-loss program.
SMALL GROUP/SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS
L.E.A.N. Semi-Private Training Program
(Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm)
The L.E.A.N. program is our semi-private fitness training program coached solely by the owner of Edge Fitness, Health and Fitness Industry Pro, Amanda Price-Salazar. This program is focuses on providing you with science based, results-driven training sessions along with accountability, support, and healthy lifestyle coaching. We know that each person’s health and fitness journey is different! Our training approach emphasizes a holistic total-body approach. We strive to help our clients achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is sustainable.
Usually, the generic cookie-cutter personal training program approach of larger gyms just doesn’t work for everybody. Recent studies also show that those who choose to invest in their health and do it amongst a like-minded and supportive fitness community are more motivated to stick with it and reach their goals faster.
Semi-private training programs are also much more cost-effective in that by training alongside a few others with similar fitness goals and abilities, you can get almost all the benefits of having you own private personal trainer for a fraction of the cost.
In this program, we will make the necessary adaptations for specific health conditions, injury history, and workout preferences along the way. This is your journey and we are so excited to play a part in your healthy lifestyle transformation at Edge Fitness.

What is our NEW L.E.A.N. Semi-Private Training Program?
W.O.W. (Women On Weights) Lean Body 6-Week Program
(Monday through Friday at 6:00 AM)
FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS!
W.OW. (Women On Weights) is a 6-week training program designed specifically for women. This program is focused on building healthier bodies, minds, and lifestyles through a custom built training program combined with NUTRITION EDUCATION, ACCOUNTABILITY, EMPOWERMENT, SUPPORT, & MOTIVATION. The program runs occurs six times per year which gives participants the opportunity to consistently make progress, lean up, and build continued strength improvements safelyover time.
This small group training class program is lead by owner and certified fitness pro, Amanda Price-Salazar.

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING INFORMATION
Private Personal Training Hour Sessions:
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes in length and includes an active warm-up, the customized workout, and the appropriate stretches needed to be done at the end of each type of workout session. Each session is custom-built to meet each clients fitness level and with the goal of achieving the clients specific health and fitness goals. Starting/ending measurements, printed workouts, and nutritional support are included. Whether you want are new to working out, want to lose weight and keep it off, build lean muscle, train for a race/competition, or just look and feel better in the clothes you’re in, your personal trainer will take the guesswork out of how to get there.
Private Personal Training Half-Sessions:
Sessions are approximately 30 minutes in length and includes a customized workout. Half-sessions are best suited for those who have been working out on their your own, are strapped for time, but still want to have someone lead them through structured workouts to motivate them and help them reach their health and fitness goals more efficiently. Each session is custom-built to meet each clients fitness level and with the goal of achieving the clients specific health and fitness goals. Starting/ending measurements are also included. Whether you want to lose weight and keep it off, build lean muscle, train for a race/competition or just look and feel better in the clothes you’re in, your personal trainer will take the guesswork out of how to get there.
