Clean Eating Turkey Meatballs

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 package ground turkey
  • ¼ cup grain free nut flour- Almond flour and/or coconut flavor
  • 2 TBS. Braggs Liquid Aminos (optional) or use wheat-free Tamari
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ – ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ – ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion powder
  • ½ tsp. Cumin
  • ¼ tsp. Turmeric
  • Alter spices to your own taste and preferences if you want!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Form 1-inch balls with your hands.
  4. Place in glass pan. Cover with foil.
  5. Cook in oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and cook for 10 more minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and drain off liquid. Enjoy!
