- 1 package ground turkey
- ¼ cup grain free nut flour- Almond flour and/or coconut flavor
- 2 TBS. Braggs Liquid Aminos (optional) or use wheat-free Tamari
- 1 egg
- ¼ – ½ tsp. sea salt
- ¼ – ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- ½ tsp. Onion powder
- ½ tsp. Cumin
- ¼ tsp. Turmeric
- Alter spices to your own taste and preferences if you want!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form 1-inch balls with your hands.
- Place in glass pan. Cover with foil.
- Cook in oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and cook for 10 more minutes.
- Remove from oven and drain off liquid. Enjoy!
