1 serving vanilla protein shake powder of your choice

8 – 10 oz. unsweetened almond milk or non-dairy milk

1/8 tsp. vanilla

1/8 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

1/3 cup canned pumpkin (no salt)

5-6 ice cubes

Directions: Blend in blender until the consistency you prefer!
